Finally, when I booked the room through their website, the photo on their website showed a 2 person dorm for one and a larger one for the other dorm. They threw away both mine and my bf’s earplugs (so clearly was not a mistake, if they did it to both), I really don’t understand why in a hostel you would do that. Cleaners made the bed before we checked out (before check out time) so I guess they make the bed with the previous people still using it before the next person comes. Food order was wrong twice, second time we just took it. It took until after we had gotten and eaten dinner (which was already a long wait) for the guy at the bar to take a beer out of the fridge right next to him and give it to us, despite us asking for it 3 times. After waiting about 10 min while they chatted to a friend, the first one told me they rent surfboards only to realise when i went to rent it another told me it is not the case. Staff was quite hit and miss with some being friendly and helpful and others very much opposite. Pool is really gross, totally murky, you can’t even make out shape of the bottom, visibility maybe 10cm. It’s quite dirty - there was a chicken bone in the shower (?) Hair and dirt everywhere and the sink didnt drain. The place is badly maintained and dirty - in 1 bathroom the light didnt work, next one the lock. 1 year ago Most things just seemed to go wrong here.
